reduces vibration and noise from the engines. Rated for Vire 7 and 12hp(reccomended) engines

Note alloy base model mounting reccomended for 12hp (not steel oval base) 

requires min 31mm (ideally 42mm) under the engine for this part to sit on the boat hull/bearers

engine can be raised/lowered precisely to centralise propshaft alignment which is also helpful in reducing noise and vibration

Note, the alloy base does not corrode fast, in fact it lasts longer than the lighter steel based mounts for the V6/7. This however increases cost. its also more failsafe, as the rubber is bigger than the alloy cup so not totally reliant on the bond between.

because the base is alloy, this has a longer life compared to the marine-alloy base alternatives. i paint after inspection.
