  I take payments online via paypal, but not by phone, it only takes a few minutes to setup paypal.

IMPORT VAT/DUTY

• UK customers pay ZERO VAT or duties (i am not VAT -registered)
• USA/CANADA, usually >$100 , DUTY=10%
• EU: since BREXIT, the EU has decided to take  'import VAT' from it's residents ( >£135 , 'import VAT' =20% )  plus small  'collection charges' 
• if your order is more than £100, select tracked shipping e.g. FEDEX
• it is your responsibility (not mine) to anticipate/pay your local import taxes

IMPORT TAXES or DUTIES

If you are Outside UK/EU, your country may impose an import tax to be paid and the package held before delivery, this varies and you should estimate the taxes yourself or ask me to. for example, USA/Canada generally under $100 exempt, over that 10% or exempt. Australia is particularly harsh. The HS number is usually 8407290020 "Marine Propulsion Engines, Other" .
