this is a special BZP plated steel bush , for protecting weak rubber couplings
3 of these fit over the 3x 8mm studs on the drive flange, after the rubber coupling and before the locknut,
ignore writing on packet, nothing to do with dynastart lol , i know better.

very upsetting, you just get underway and the engine stops, the boat has run over some rope , twisted your propshaft to a sudden halt and now you discover when the rope is removed, your rubber coupling is shredded - WHY?
if the propeller seizes suddenly , say on a floating rope, instead of the weak rubber coupling tearing apart, it only rotates a few mm because this bush hits the edge of the circular cutouts in the gearbox flange
OD 18mm ID 8mm L 8mm , nicely rounded no sharp edges, BZP plated - NOS original VALMET
were supplied on all Vire 6 and some early vire 7, nost of these ended up being dropped in bilges, so try a magnet to fish them out.
neat idea but it only protected it a bit. VALMET didnt supply strong rubber ones.
better idea is replace the weak rubbber coupling with the new unbreakable 100hp one - see associated items below
